Bo Spring is a Managing Member of Big Fish Construction, LLC. He has been involved in both residential and commercial construction design and development since 1998. Having managed the development and construction of hundreds of projects in that time, his experience makes him uniquely qualified. The Georgia Tech School of Architecture graduate also does CAD based design and drafting for clients. Additionally, he serves or has served on a number of volunteer boards related to real estate development; Gulf County Planning & Development Review Board 2011-2017, Northwest Florida Water Management District Governing Board, 2012- current, and the Port Saint Joe Downtown Redevelopment Agency, 2010-2013. Bo holds a State of Florida Certified General Contractor’s license CGC1525946 and a State of Florida Real Estate Sales Associate License SL3411912.
